Ingredients:
Oil for frying
3 Potatoes, boiled
Sabudana, soaked
1 Cup Peanuts, roasted and ground
1 tsp Ginger, grated
2 Green Chillies, chopped
Coriander leaves, a fistful
Salt to taste
Cumin powder
Curry leaves, chopped
Lemon juice
Method of preparation:
In a bowl mash potato, add sabudana and mix them together.
Add peanuts, ginger, green chilli, coriander, salt, cumin powder, curry leaves, mix them well.
Add lemon juice and our mixture is ready.
Rub some oil on your palm and make small vada of the mixture.
Once the oil is hot add the vada to it.
Fry the vadas until they turn golden brown.
Our crispy Sabudana Vada is ready to eat.
