MHC questions Directorate of Vigilance and Anti Corruption on why there was no action taken on the DMK complaint against O. Paneerselvam. The court asks why shouldn't CBI interrogate OPS? And orders DVAC to reply in detailed report on 23 rd of July. DMK had filed a PIL for a CBI probe into disproportionate assets of O.Panneerselvam. Earlier DMK’s Organisational Secretary RS Bharathi had filed a complaint to DVAC in this regard 3 months back.
