Footage released by the International Committee of the Red Cross in August shows widespread destruction in Eastern Ghouta, east of the Syrian capital Damascus, months after government forces retook the area.
The video shows the deserted streets and ruined buildings of the area. A crushed car can be seen among the rubble.
The Syrian government announced that they had retaken control of Eastern Ghouta entirely on April 14 with the capture of Douma, the last rebel hold-out .
