Good morning. Southern provinces and Jeju Island are waking up to a rainy Friday morning. Jeju and southern coastal regions are forecast to see up to 60 extra millimeters of rain, while the rest of southern regions will see 5 to 20 millimeters.

It's forecast to rain until the afternoon so have an umbrella handy on your way out. Central regions will have a rain-free morning commute and will see sunnier skies after lunch.

Morning lows are quite breezy kicking off at 20 degrees in Seoul, Gyeongju and Chuncheon... with more showers in southern regions and Jeju.

Daily highs will be a couple notches lower than yesterday, nice weather for an afternoon... getting up to 26 to 27 degrees in most parts of the country.

We could say autumn is here when the daily highs drop to below 25 degrees Celsius but it's very likely we'll have late summer like afternoons for another week or so.
