Kadhi Pakoda is a North Indian main course recipe made by adding fritters into curd mixture. This vegetarian curry can be enjoyed with steamed basmati rice or chapatis. Do give it a try and share your feedback in the comments below.

Ingredients:-
For Kadhi
10-12 Methi seeds
1 tsp Cumin seeds
2 Onions, finely chopped
1 tsp Ginger paste
1 tsp Garlic paste
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Red Chilli powder
2 Tomatoes, finely chopped
2 cups Curd
2 tbsp Gram flour
Salt to taste
1 ltr Water

For Pakoda
3 Onions, finely chopped
4 Green Chillies, finely chopped
1 cup Coriander, finely chopped
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
Gram flour as required

Method:-
For Kadhi
Heat oil in a vessel, add methi seeds, cumin seeds, onion and saute them until pink in color.
Add ginger paste, garlic paste, saute them till the raw smell goes away.
Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, stir them for a minute.
Add tomatoes, and cook till it softens.
Now to the curd, add gram flour, salt and whisk well so that there are no lumps formed.
To the above prepared gravy, add water and let it cook.
Give it a boil, switch off the flame and keep it aside.

For Pakoda
In a bowl add onions, green chillies, coriander, salt, turmeric powder, mix well.
Add gram flour as required and mix well.
Heat oil in a vessel, make small balls of the mixture and fry it.
Take it out in a bowl, transfer it to the kadhi carefully.

Our Kadhi Pakoda is ready to serve.
