Punjabi Kadhi Pakoda Recipe
Today I am sharing a simple and easy recipe of Pakoda Kadhi.
Ingredients
For Kadhi:
Gram flour or besan - 6 tbsp
Yoghurt or curd - 1 cup
Turmeric - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
salt - to taste
water - 3 glass
oil - 4 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Asafetida - 1 pinch
Garlic - 10 paste
Green chilli - 6 paste
cumin - 1 tsp
Onion - 1 chopped
Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
For Tadka:
oil - 4 tbsp
Garlic - 1 tbsp sliced
Dry red chilli - 3
cumin - 1 tsp
Curry leaves - 10
For Pakoda:
Onion - 3
Gram flour or besan - 1.5 cup
Green chilli - 2
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Coriander seeds - 1 tsp crushed
Salt - to taste
Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
Baking soda - 1 pinch
Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
Water - 2 tbsp
oil - for deep frying
