Now to news that North Korea's main nuclear reactor seems to be offline.
U.S.-based North Korea-monitoring website 38 North says that, based on recent satellite imagery, only a small amount of cooling water is flowing at the five-megawatt reactor at the Yeongbyeon Nuclear Scientific Research Center.
It says the slight water flow that's visible is probably an attempt to remove residual heat from past operations.
38 North also says the site's Experimental Light Water Reactor appears to be idle at the moment.
