Congress MP Mani Shankar Aiyar has joined the long list of critics of the Planning Commission for fixing impossible parameters for the poverty line. After NAC members Aruna Roy and Harsh Mander Aiyar says the Commission isn't doing any service to the poor of the country by fixing its ridiculous benchmark of 32 rupees a day to identify poverty.
