Samajwadi Party's Naresh Agaarwal and the BJP have moved a breach of privelege notice in Rajya Sabha against Manishankar Aiyar for his remark in a TV interview in which he called Parliamentarians by an objectionable name. In a television debate on Parliament deadlock over Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) in multi-brand retail, Aiyar said, "There is a decent and respectable way to express one's point of view. This behavior of the MPs reminds me of animals screaming in a well."
