The killing of the sarpanch in Jammu and Kashmir has taken a twist with an aide of Hardline Hurriyat Chairman Syed Ali Shah Geelani being arrested. Syed Ali Nasir Molvi has been held for abetting and criminally conspiring the killing of sarpanch Gulam Mohammad Yattoo. Molvi is the president of Tehreek e Huriyat, a separatist outfit run by Geelani. However, Geelani has accused the police of implicating Molvi and wanted the the Government to either prove the accusations within a month or withdraw its accusations.
