Talks of a Cabinet reshuffle gained fresh impetus after both Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Congress President Sonia Gandhi met President Pranab Mukherjee separately on Tuesday. According to sources, the impending reshuffle will take place only after Dussehra- which means at the end of October. Remember, we told you that the reshuffle would not take place till the shraadh period would come to an end.
