The Election Commission is scheduled to meet on Friday and most likely announce the dates for fresh polls for the 70-member Delhi Legislative Assembly, which has been under President's Rule since Arvind Kejriwal quit as the chief minister on February 14, 2014 after being in office for 49 days.
