The Supreme Court has appointed DRT official Dharmendra Singh Rathore as the managing director of Amrapali's three projects, Centurion Park, Laser Valley and Dream Valley, and for selling some commercial properties. Along with this, the Supreme Court has asked Amrapali to provide properties and documents to the DRT officer till September 25.

आम्रपाली समूह के हाउसिंग और कमर्शियल प्रोजेक्ट्स में अपना पैसा फंसा बैठे करीब 43 हजार निवेशकों के लिए खुशखबरी है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने डीआरटी को आम्रपाली की कुछ संपत्तियां बेचने की कार्रवाई शुरू करने का आदेश दिया है। इससे मिली रकम एनबीसीसी को देकर अधूरे पड़े प्रोजेक्ट पूरा कराए जाएंगे। एनबीसीसी ने इसके लिए करीब 8500 करोड़ रुपये के खर्च की संभावना शीर्ष अदालत के सामने जताई थी।
सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने आम्रपाली के तीन प्रोजेक्टों सेंचुरियन पार्क, लेजर वैली और ड्रीम वैली की गैरविवादित संपत्तियां और कुछ कामर्शियल संपत्तियों को बेचने के लिए डीआरटी के अधिकारी धर्मेंद्र सिंह राठौर को नियुक्त किया है। साथ ही सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने आम्रपाली को 25 सितंबर तक डीआरटी अधिकारी को संपत्तियों का विवरण व कागजात मुहैया कराने के लिए कहा है।
