House Dems Announce
Investigation Into
Donald Trump's Campaign House Judiciary Chairman
Jerry Nadler, D-NY, announced
the probe into Trump's campaign, businesses, transition
and administration. The sweeping probe
is concerned with questions
regarding possible corruption
and collusion with Russia, as well as with obstruction
of justice and whether or
not Trump is using the office
of President for personal gain. It's considered a sign that
Democrats are pursuing
impeachment proceedings
against the president. The White House
acknowledged receipt
of the letter from the committee
informing of the investigation. The Democratic-led
investigations will likely
span several months.
