Ingredients:
1/2 Oil
1/4 kg Ladyfinger
6 Onions (sliced)
1 tbsp Garlic Paste
1 tbsp Ginger Paste
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
1 kg Mutton
1/2 cup Curd
1 ltr Water
Salt
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
1 tbsp Tamarind Paste
Coriander

Method:
First, Boil the Oil with Ladyfinger with top sliced off, saute the ladyfinger for 4 to 5 minutes. After frying the ladyfinger, take them out and put sliced Onions till it become golden color. Now, add Garlic Paste & Ginger Paste saute this for 2 minutes. Reduce the flame to medium and add Turmeric Powder & Red Chilli Powder.
Saute this for few seconds, after which you Add Mutton, stir the mutton on high flame for 4 to 5 minutes then add curd to the mix. Reduce the flame, saute this for
Few minutes till the Oil is separated now add water & Salt. Now, Pressure cook the Mutton for three whistles and for another 15 to 20 minutes. After the pressure is released add Garam Masala Powder, Tamarind Paste & Fried Ladyfinger, Again cook it for another 10 minutes. Now the mouthwatering Bhindi Gost is ready to be served.
