6. Cut Workouts Short: It’s better to be able to do future workouts and be consistent then it is to push yourself too hard.
7. Know-How to Make a U-turn On Your Bike: It’s important that you learn how to make a safe u-turn on your triathlon bike.
8. Performance, Not Better Equipment: It’s best to focus on having a better triathlon performance and not better equipment.
