Achari Mutton Masala | Achar Gosht اچار گوشت by MJ's Kitchen with English subtitles
Today's recipe is Achari Mutton Masala (curry)
I'm using Mutton, beef can also be used if you want.
Let's start the recipe.
To make achari mutton masala we need:
1 Kg boiled Mutton
I boiled the mutton adding ½ tsp Salt & ¼ tsp Turmeric.
1½ Cup Yogurt,
¾ Cup Oil,
½ tsp Salt,
1 tsp Coriander (roasted & grinder)
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste,
4~5 Green Chilies,
1 Tomato (sliced),
2 Medium sized Onions (sliced),
3 tbsp Achar Gosht Masala
1 tbsp whole Garam Masala
1 tbsp Lemon Juice,
Green chili & Coriander Leaves for garnishing
Method:
- Turn on the flame & add 2 tbsp Oil to the pan.
- Now add onion & lightly fry the onions.
- Add green chilies & tomato once onion is lightly fried.
- Fry these all.
- Remove from pan once tomato & green chili also fried lightly.
- Now add remaining oil to the pan
- Add whole garam masala, ginger garlic paste.
- lightly fry these.
- now add 1 kg boiled mutton.
- fry the mutton well.
- Now add ½ tsp Salt, 1 tsp Coriander, 3 tbsp Achar Gosht Masala & fry this for more 2 minutes
- Now blend fried onion, tomato, green chili & Yogurt in blender,
- Add this blend to the mutton.
- Continue cooking on high flame for 2 minutes
- Now add 2 tbsp Lemon Juice, mix it well.
- Cover & simmer for 5 minutes at low flame.
- Once 5 minutes are done, turn off the flame.
- Our delicious achari mutton masala is ready.
