Bread Pakoda - Bread Fritters is a recipe which is eaten by everyone during breakfast or as snacks or taken in tiffin. Schezwan Bread Pakods consist of the all-time favourite schezwan sauce fusion with bread pakoda.
Ingredients:
(Serves 2 )
- 1 Cup Gram Flour
- 1 tbsp Schezwan Sauce
- Salt
- Water
- 4 Bread Slices
- Spring Onions (chopped)
- Capsicum (chopped)
- Cabbage (chopped)
Method:
1. Take a bowl and add gram flour, schezwan sauce, salt and water. Make sure to add water in proper proportion, to make a batter.
2. Now take the bread slices in a plate and spread schezwan sauce on it; add finely chopped spring onions, capsicum and cabbage.
3. Cut the slice in two halves and dip it into the batter.
4. Heat some oil in a wok and shallow fry the bread pakoda into it.
5. Once the pakoda turns golden in colour, turn off the flame and serve the schezwan bread pakoda.
