After the protests against the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) the government has indicated change. Union Minister Ramdas Athawale said that in view of the sentiments of the people, the government can consider changes in the CAA. The government has asked for suggestions on changes in the law.

नागरिकता संशोधन कानून यानी सीएए के खिलाफ विरोध प्रदर्शनों के बाद सरकार ने बदलान के संकेत दिए हैं. केंद्रीय मंत्री रामदास अठावले ने कहा लोगों की भावनाओं को देखते हुए सरकार सीएए में बदलाव पर विचार कर सकती है. सरकार मे कानून में बदलाव को लेकर सुझाव मांगे हैं.
