Snatch Grip Bent Rows, bar pulled just below Clavicles, elbows out. 5x148.5lb, 5x171lb, 2x194lb, 1-1x219lb. My left Clavicle dislocates and pops back in on EACH rep whiiiiich may be why you don't see me do these often. With elbows out and the high bar contact, Mid Traps, Rhomboids and Rear Delts get hit thoroughly. If you've never pulled Bent Rows up around the Clavicle, you gotta try it!! Warm up with a light weight and don't just hold at the top for a two count but, SQUEEEEEZE during that two count to build that mind-muscle connection!! God Bless!!
