The sources have revealed that ISI is planning to revive the Al-umar Mujahideen, Harqat-ul-Ansar, Al-Badr, Ikhvanal-ul-Mukahideen and Al-Jihaad Force terror groups for attack in Kashmir. While Jaish, Lashkar and Hizbul have been given charge to spread terror in India outside of Kashmir.
