Amid the ongoing tension over the India-China border dispute, China has given another blow. China has currently banned import of pigs and wild boar from India. China's Ministry of Customs and Agriculture said that in view of the prevention of African swine fever, the rectangle of pigs for meat is currently banned from India. The Chinese government's own media has linked this move to the existing border tension.

भारत-चीन सीमा विवाद पर जारी टेंशन के बीच चीन एक और झटका दिया है. चीन ने भारत से सूअर और जंगली सूअर आयात करने पर फ़िलहाल प्रतिबंध लगा दिया है. चीन की कस्टम और एग्रीकल्चर मिनिस्ट्री ने बताया कि अफ्रीकन स्वाइन फीवर की रोकथाम के मद्देनज़र फिलहाल भारत से मांस के लिए सूअरों के आयत पर प्रतिबंध लगा दिया गया है. चीन के इस कदम को वहां की सरकारी मीडिया ने खुद ही मौजूदा सीमा तनाव से जोड़ा है.
