मेथीचे थेपले सर्वात टेस्टी आणि स्वादिष्ट नाश्ता. लहान मुलांपासून ते मोठ्यांपर्यंत सर्वांच्याच आवडीचा. चहा सोबत किंवा चटणी, सॉस सोबत हे खूप चांगले लागतात.
मेथीची चव हि मुळात कडू असते त्यामुळे सहसा घरातले खायला बघत नाहीत पण त्याच मेथीचे योग्य मसाले वापरून हे थेपले अगदी पटकन संपवतात.

Ingredients:-
1 मोठी वाटी मेथी / 1 Big bowl Methi
1 मोठी वाटी गव्हाचे पीठ / 1 Bowl Whole Wheat Flour
¼ वाटी तांदूळ पीठ / ¼ Bowl rice flour
½ वाटी बेसन / ½ bowl Chickpeas Flour
½ वाटी तेल / ½ Bowl Oil
¼ चमचे हिंग / ¼ Spoon Asafetida
१ चमचा हळद / 1 Spoon Turmeric
२ चमचे गरम मसाला / 2 Spoon Garam Masala
चवीनुसार मीठ / Salt as per taste
८-१० लसून पाकळ्या ठेचून / Crush 8-10 garlic cloves
३ चमचे मसाला / 3 spoon Red chili Powder(Red Masala)
Method:-
• Heat pan on Medium flame and add 2 spoon oil
• Add Asafetida (Hing) and stir
• Add Garlic Crush and Stir till get golden brown.
• Add Methi in it and stir for 2-3 min till cook well.
• Now add salt and keep a side for cool down.
• Now add all spices in flour.
• In a plate add Whole wheat flour
• Then add Chickpeas Flour
• Add Red Masala or red chili powder
• Add turmeric
• Add garam Masala
• Add salt as per taste
• All spices and flour mix well except rice flour.
• Now add Cooked Methi in it and mix well
• Gradually add water and make smooth dough of it.
• Add some oil and knead a dough for a while
• Keep in bowl for 5 min res
