गटारी ला चिकन तर झालच पाहिजे. मालवणी चिकन अगदी सोप्या पद्धतीने कस बनवायचं ते मी तुम्हाला दाखवले आहे.ते तुम्ही भाकरी, चपाती किंवा वड्या सोबत खाऊ शकता.

MALVANI CHICKEN IS MOST DELISIOUS AND SPICY DISH MOSTLY PREPARE IN KONKAN.

INGREDIENTS:-
½ चिकन चे छोटे तुकडे (½ KG SMALL PIECES OF CHICKEN)
३ बारीक चिरलेले कांदे (3 CHOPPED ONION)
चवीनुसार मीठ (SALT AS PER TASTE)
२ चमचे मालवणी मसाला (2 SPOON MALVANI MASALA)
१ चमचा हळद (1 SPOON TURMERIC)
१ चमचा गरम मसाला (1 SPOON GARAM MASALA)
१½ चमचा आल लसून पेस्ट (1 ½ SPOON GINGER GARLIC PASTE)
२ चमचे तेल (2 SPOON OIL)
½ वाटी कांदा खोबर भाजक वाटप (½ BOWL ROASTED ONION COCONUT PASTE)
METHOD:
To marinate the chicken add salt, turmeric, ginger garlic paste & Malvani Masala
and mix it well with Clean Hands
Keep a side 15 to 20 minutes for marinate
Keep a pan on Gas with medium flame
Add oil in a pan
then add chopped onion and stir till it get golden brown
Then add garam masala and mix well
Now add marinate chicken and stir well.
Add water to cook chicken well.
If require add more water
Cover with lid to cook chicken well for 15-20 minutes
After 20 min check whether chicken will cook or not , and mix well.
Check chicken is cooked properly.
Mix well and add onion coconut roasted paste in it and mix well
Add water to adjust consistency.
Cover with lid for 2-3 minutes to boil the gravy.

Off the flame and transfer it into a serving bowl.
