The Enforcement Directorate has taken major action against Rana Kapoor, DHFL promoters Kapil Wadhavan and Dheeraj Wadhawan in the Yes Bank money laundering case. The ED has seized Rs 2203 crore worth of assets of Rana Kapoor and Wadhawan Brothers. The properties attached by the ED to the co-founder of Yes Bank include a bungalow on Pedder Road, six flats in Malabar Hill and Rs 485 crore on Amrita Shergill Marg.

प्रवर्तन निदेशालय ने यस बैंक मनी लॉन्ड्रिंग केस में राणा कपूर, DHFL के प्रमोटर्स कपिल वधावन एवं धीरज वधावन के खिलाफ बड़ी कार्रवाई की है. ईडी ने राणा कपूर और वधावन ब्रदर्स की 2203 करोड़ रुपये की सपंत्ती को जब्त कर लिया है. ईडी ने यस बैंक के सह-संस्थापक से जुड़ी जिन संपत्तियों को कुर्क किया है, उनमें पेडर रोड स्थित एक बंगला, मालाबार हिल में छह फ्लैट और अमृता शेरगिल मार्ग पर 485 करोड़ रुपये की संपत्ति शामिल है।
