मंगलवार को राजस्थान हाई कोर्ट में सचिन पायलट की याचिका पर सुनवाई हुई. कोर्ट ने दोनों पक्षों की दलीलें सुनने के बाद 24 जुलाई को फैसला सुनाने का निर्णय लिया है. हाई कोर्ट ने 24 जुलाई तक स्पीकर की कार्रवाही पर रोक लगा दी है. सचिन पायलट गुट की ओर से दलील रख रहे मुकुल रोहतगी ने अदालत में कहा कि हम कोरोना संकट के बीच हैं और जवाब देने के लिए तीन दिन का वक्त मिल रहा है. नियमों के मुताबिक इसे सात दिन तक बढ़ाना चाहिए. मुकुल रोहतगी ने ये भी कहा कि स्पीकर ने बेतहाशा जल्दबाज़ी दिखाई और नोटिस जारी करते वक्त कोई कारण भी नही दिया और दिनभर की बड़ी खबरें.
