Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Wan Azizah Wan Ismail said Cabinet Committee on the Eradication of Drugs has decided to amend the Poisons Act 1952 and make the planting of ketum without permission an offence.
Wan Azizah said that after chairing the Cabinet Committee on the Eradication of Drugs at the Implementation Coordination Unit (ICU) meeting on Thursday.
