A Bengaluru doctor has been arrested by anti-terror National Investigation Agency for alleged links to ISIS operatives. 28-yr-old Abdur Rahman worked at the MS Ramaiah Medical College and was picked up on Monday in connection with the the Islamic State Khorasan Province case being probed by the NIA. He was allegedly working on a medical app for helping terrorists, according to investigating officers.
