The Yogi government of Uttar Pradesh is considering making a big change in the government job recruitment process. In UP, a government job will start with a contract of five years. During this period, the employee will be evaluated every six months and will be out of service, who gets less than 60 percent marks in a year, and after five years, the same employees who get 60 percent marks will be put into regular service.

उत्तर प्रदेश की योगी सरकार सरकारी नौकरी भर्ती प्रक्रिया में बड़ा बदलाव करने पर विचार कर रही है. यूपी में सरकारी नौकरी की शुरुआत पांच वर्ष की संविदा यानी कॉन्ट्रैक्ट से होगी. इस दौरान हर छह महीने में कर्मचारी का मूल्यांकन किया जाएगा और साल में 60 फ़ीसदी से कम अंक पाने वाले सेवा से बाहर हो जाएंगे.वहीं पांच साल बाद उन्हीं कर्मचारी को नियमित सेवा में रखा जाएगा जिन्हें 60 फ़ीसदी अंक मिलेंगे.
