Life is badly affected in Tamil Nadu and Puducherry due to cyclonic storm prevention from the Bay of Bengal. The Meteorological Department has predicted the storm to turn into a dangerous cyclone. Chennai has been raining continuously for the last 24 hours due to the storm, which has also affected trains and airlines. Giving information from the Chennai airport, it has been reported that 26 flights have been canceled due to the storm. Some flights were to land in Chennai. At the same time, the flights which were to go from here to other cities have also been canceled due to the storm. A total of 26 flight cancellations have been given by the Airport Authority.

बंगाल की खाड़ी से उठा चक्रवाती तूफान निवार के चलते तमिलनाडु और पुडुचेरी में जनजीवन बुरी तरह से प्रभावित है। मौसम विभाग ने तूफान के खतरनाक साइक्लोन में तब्दील होने की आशंका जताई है। तूफान के चलते चेन्नई में पिछले 24 घंटे से लगातार बारिश हो रही है, जिसका असर ट्रेन और विमान सेवाओं पर भी पड़ा है। चेन्नई एयरपोर्ट की तरफ से जानतारी देते हुए ये बताया गया है कि तूफान की वजह से 26 फ्लाइट्स रद्द कर दी गई हैं। इसमें कुछ फ्लाइट चेन्नई में उतरनी थीं। वहीं जो फ्लाइट यहां से दूसरे शहरों को जानी थीं, उन्हें भी तूफान को देखते हुए रद्द कर दिया है। कुल 26 फ्लाइट कैंसिल होने की जानकारी एयरपोर्ट अथॉरिटी की तरफ से दी गई है।
