केरल में आज स्थानीय निकाय चुनाव के लिए पांच जिलों में दूसरे चरण का मतदान हो रहा है. जिन पांच जिलों में वोटिंग हो रही हैं, वो हैं कोट्टायम, एनार्कुलम, त्रिशुर, पलक्कड़ और वायनाड. 451 स्थानीय निकायों में कुल 8116 वार्ड के लिए वोटिंग की जा रही है. मतदान सुबह सात बजे शुरू हुआ है जो कि शाम 6 बजे तक चलेगा. देखें वीडियो
