Team India captain Virat Kohli has expressed full confidence in Ajinkya Rahane's confidence before he takes over the reigns from the second Test onwards in Australia. Kohli will play the first Test against Australia in Adelaide from December 17 before going back home to be with his pregnant wife Anushka Sharma. Rahane will lead the side in his absence. Rahane has led India in two Tests against Australia (2017) and Afghanistan (2018) and won both games but those were played in India. This will be the first time Rahane will be leading in overseas conditions.
