A SIX-YEAR-OLD has become a TikTok sensation by embracing her large facial tumour with makeup tutorials. Vitoria from Sao Paulo was born with hemangioma, a large birthmark/ benign tumour on her face. Despite looking different from her friends, Vitoria is proud of her special face - and wants to be an influencer when she’s older to help other children embrace their uniqueness. She told Truly: “My cheek, my nose, my mouth is beautiful. I want to influence a lot of children, tell them it’s normal to have a cheek like this." Her mother, Rose, added: “Vitoria transformed our whole family. The most important is she changed me. I hope she will make a difference in people’s lives too.”
