UK Glacier Tragedy: devastation due to breaking of glacier in Chamoli, flowed like foliage bridge. A huge glacier exploded above Pang village, 24 km from Joshimath, due to which there was a sudden flood in the Dholi river. The Rishi Ganga Power Project has suffered heavy losses due to glacier flooding. Along with this, some suspension bridges have also come in its grip.

जोशीमठ से 24 किलोमीटर पैंग गांव से ऊपर रविवार बहुत बड़ा ग्लेशियर फट गया, जिसकी वजह से धोली नदी में अचानक बाढ़ आ गई. ग्लेशियर की बाढ़ की वजह से ऋषि गंगा पावर प्रोजेक्ट को भारी नुकसान पहुंचा है. साथ ही कुछ झूला पुल भी इसकी चपेट में आए हैं.
