Launching a sharp attack at West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that people of the state trusted her but she "betrayed" them.Addressing a poll rally in Kharagpur of the poll-bound state, the Prime Minister accused the Chief Minister of "becoming a wall in front of every development plan".
