महाराष्ट्र के पूर्व गृहमंत्री अनिल देशमुख के खिलाफ बॉम्‍बे हाईकोर्ट के सीबीआई जांच के फैसले को लेकर उद्धव ठाकरे सरकार ने देशमुख के बचाव में सुप्रीम कोर्ट का रुख किया है, महाराष्‍ट्र सरकार ने हाईकोर्ट के सीबीआई जांच के फैसले के खिलाफ याचिका दाखिल की है, इसमें SC से हाईकोर्ट के फैसले पर रोक लगाने की मांग की गई है. देशमुख के खिलाफ सीबीआई जांच के फैसले को लेकर सुप्रीम कोर्ट में महाराष्ट्र सरकार ने याचिका दाखिल की है.
