Penang Deputy Chief Minister l Datuk Ahmad Zakiyuddin Abdul Rahman said the first phase of the Penang South Reclamation (PSR) project is expected to start at the end of May or early June.

He told reporters this after touring the site at Island A by boat on Sunday (Apr 11).
