Ingredients:
-Onion powder ½ tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tsp or to taste
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Dried oregano ½ tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
-Chicken fillets 350g
-Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
-Olive oil 2 tbs
-Mushrooms sliced ½ Cup
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne 1 medium
-Makhan (Butter) 2-3 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs
-Pakola Full Cream Milk 2 & ½ Cups
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Jaifil powder (Nutmeg powder) ¼ tsp
-Dried oregano 1 tsp
-Dried parsley ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Chicken stock cube 1
-Cheddar cheese grated ½ Cup
-Cream ¼ Cup (room temperature)
-Penne pasta 300g (boiled with salt as per pack’s instruction)
-Fresh parsley chopped
Directions:
-In a bowl,add onion powder,red chilli powder,salt,dried oregano,black pepper powder,garlic powder, mix well & set aside.
-Pound chicken fillets with the help of kitchen hammer from both sides.
-Sprinkle prepared seasoning on both sides of fillets.
-On a cast iron pan,add cooking oil & grill seasoned fillets on medium flame from both sides until done (5-6 minutes each side) then cut into pieces & set aside.
-In a wok,add olive oil,mushrooms & sauté for a minute.
-Add capsicum and mix well,take out in a bowl & set aside for later use.
-In a wok,add butter & let it melt.
-Add garlic & sauté for a minute.
-Add all-purpose flour and mix well for a minute.
-Add milk & whisk well.
-Add red chilli crushed,black pepper powder,nutmeg powder,dried oregano,dried parsley,salt,chicken stock cube,whisk well & cook until sauce thickens (2-3 minutes).
-On low flame,add cheddar cheese,cream & whisk well.
-Now add stir fried mushrooms & capsicum,penne pasta & mix well.
-In a serving dish,add white sauce pasta,place chicken pieces,sprinkle fresh parsley & serve!
