A Canberra coroner has found no one could have predicted the murder of nine-year-old Bradyn Dillon by his father, despite numerous failings within the Child Protections System. Bradyn Dillon died in 2016 after he was beaten to death by his father Graham Dillon who is serving more than forty years jail.
