People who live in the Fairfield, Canterbury-Bankstown and Liverpool local government areas in Sydney are now no longer allowed to leave their area for work - unless they're an "authorised worker". Canterbury-Bankstown mayor Khal Asfour says the restrictions are having a devastating impact on his community.
