Hariyali Teej is considered to be a special festival of the month of Sawan. This festival is celebrated every year on Tritiya Tithi of Shukla Paksha of Shravan month. This time Hariyali Teej will be celebrated on 11th August. This day is the day of married and unmarried girls. It is believed that if married women worship Goddess Parvati and Bholenath on the day of Hariyali Teej, then their married life becomes happy and husband's life is long.

हरियाली तीज को सावन के महीने का विशेष त्योहार माना जाता है. हर साल श्रावण मास की शुक्ल पक्ष की तृतीया तिथि को ये त्योहार मनाया जाता है. इस बार हरियाली तीज 11 अगस्त को मनाई जाएगी. ये दिन सुहागिनों और कुंवारी कन्याओं का दिन होता है. मान्यता है कि यदि हरियाली तीज के दिन सुहागिन स्त्रियां विधि विधान से माता पार्वती और भोलेनाथ का पूजन करें तो उनका वैवाहिक जीवन सुखमय होता है और पति की आयु लंबी होती है.
