Former Afghanistan vice president Amrullah Saleh appealed to United Nations asking it 'mobilise their resources' to end the crimes being committed by the Taliban in the war-torn country. In a letter written to the United Nations, Saleh informed about the 'humanitarian crisis' in Panjshir, the last province in Afghnaistan not controlled by the Taliban, claiming the province was looking at a full scale "catastrophe" which might lead to "genocide" of Afghans. Afghanistan पर कब्जा करने के बाद Taliban अब नई सरकार के गठन का ऐलान करने वाला है. कई बार ऐलान की तारीख भी तय होने के बाद भी तालिबान सरकार का गठन का ऐलान नहीं कर पाया. इसकी एक वजह कहीं न कहीं Panshir भी है जहां अब तक तालिबान कब्जा नहीं कर पाया है. हालांकि जल्द ही तालिबान यहां भी कब्जा कर लेंगे. हालांकि इस बीच Amrullah Saleh ने मानवीय संकट का हवाला देते हुए संयुक्‍त राष्‍ट्र को पत्र लिखकर मदद मांगी है. देखें वीडियो
