Corona जैसी आपात स्थितियों से निपटने के लिए बनाए गए PM Cares Fund को लेकर central government ने बड़ी बात कही है. और ये बात Delhi High Court में कही गई है. Prime Minister Office की तरफ से दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट को बताया गया है कि पीएम केयर्स फंड भारत Government का फंड नहीं है. सरकार ने हाईकोर्ट में कहा है कि ये राहत कोष भारत सरकार के अधीन नहीं है.

The central government has said a big thing about the PM Cares Fund created to deal with emergency situations like Corona. And this has been said in the Delhi High Court. The Delhi High Court has been told on behalf of the Prime Minister Office that the PM Cares Fund is not a fund of the Government of India. The government has said in the High Court that this relief fund is not under the Government of India.
