Just when we thought the downtrend would continue, new COVID cases are rising again as we enter a new week. The Health department reported 12,159 new cases on Sunday. The highest since October 4. Meantime, active cases or the number of people who are currently ill with COVID fell to 90,927. This is the first time in nearly two-months that active cases were below the 100,000 mark.
