टी20 वर्ल्ड कप के शुरू होने में अब 7 हफ्ते भर का समय रह गया तमाम टीमों ने अपने- अपने 15 सदस्यीय टीम का ऐलान भी कर दिया है, 2016 के बाद पहली बार टी20 वर्ल्ड कप खेला जा रहा है, 2020 में इसका आयोजन ऑस्ट्रेलिया में होना था लेकिन कोरोना के मामले को देखते हुए इसका आयोजन नहीं हो सका फिर 2021 में इसका आयोजन भारत में तय हुआ था, लेकिन भारत में भी कोरोना के मामले लगातार बढ़ते गए और फिर इसको यूएई शिफ्ट कर दिया गया, तमाम टीमें अपने-अपने तैयारियों को पुख्ता करने में लगे है और दूसरी टीमों को एक तरह से चेतावनी भी दे रहे है।पाकिस्तान भी उन टीमों में से एक है जिसका यूएई में रिकॉर्ड बहुत बेहतर है, और इसी को लेकर पाकिस्तान के कप्तान बाबर आजम ने बड़ी बात कही है।
