1. Bench Crunches - 20reps.
2. Bicycle Crunches - 40 (20 each side)
3. Leg Raises - 20reps.
4. Heel Touch Crunches - 20reps.
5. Elbow to Alternate Knee Crunch - 20 reps each side

Complete 3 Cycles Rest 15 seconds between exercises, rest 2-3 minutes between Cycles
