After heavy rain showers, stagnant waterlogging still observed in Kolathur, Jawahar Nagar areas of Chennai on November 13. “It's the 7th day with waterlogging and no power. No officials have come here. Drainage water is mixed with rainwater, so there's odour and a lot of insects and snakes coming into the house,” said a local.
