Congress released the list of names of its 10 candidates for Uttarakhand. Harish Rawat's seat has been changed. He will now contest from Lalkuan instead of Ramnagar. Congress has fielded Mahendrapal Singh from Ramnagar. Rawat's daughter has been given a ticket from Haridwar Rural. Watch the full news.
