Uttarakhand Congress released a fresh list of 10 candidates on Wednesday. The list includes the name of former chief minister Harish Rawat, who was earlier given ticket from the Ramnagar seat in Nainital. As per the new list, Harish Rawat will now contest polls from Lalkuwa Assembly seat, while Mahendra Pal will contest from Ramnagar.
