On March 21, N Biren Singh took oath as the Chief Minister of Manipur for a second term. The oath taking ceremony took place in Imphal. N Biren Singh took oath in the presence of BJP President J P Nadda and other BJP leaders. The senior BJP leader was unanimously elected leader of the legislature party in Manipur on March 20.
